Roman Originals is an established clothing retailer, most renowned for their ranges of ladies clothing and accessories but started life as a manufacturing company in 1957. Their first retail presence in the high street was found via a department store concession in 1994 and developed throughout the 90’s to their own standalone stores initially within Outlet Centres.
The name derives from the Italian fabrics and designs that have made their ranges so unique and the way the products are merchandised within their stores.
Roman Originals initially had a presence within some garden centres as suppliers working within existing garden centre concession operations. They soon realised that it was an ideal market for them to expand into and started looking for their own retail units.
They opened their first garden centre at Trentham Gardens and have been working with First Franchise since 2011 to identify new stores suitable for their roll out.
